Everyone starts with max Hp for lvl 1 and Max starting income for their class.
After reading the player's guide and talking to other people. The Android and Kasatha races can be used.
For the traits everyone starts with 1 Campaign trait and 2 other traits.
For your stat block it is a 15 point buy system:
