If you guys have anything you would like to say regarding the trial and fates of Nulia, Tsuto, Orik, or Lyrie post it here for delicious bonus XP. Also I made a poll, because I can apparently.

This is what I have so.
Tsuto- In this trial Kizzor could not give a statement do to the only knowledge of Tsuto is hearsay.
Orik- Kizzor would like to testify on behalf of Orik. Orik surrendered to us willing and handed over his weapons, he has been working community services for Sandpoint. Kizzor would suggest the sheriff and the court let Orik go and ask if he would help out Sandpoint's defence force if ever needed.
Lyrie- Kizzor would suggest Lyrie face the full force of law. Lyrie kill Hitsugaya right in front of assault force and she tried to escape.
Nulia- Kizzor would testify to have Nulia be put to death for being the ring leader of this assault on Sandpoint, and the different murders that has happened so far.

In regards to the trial proceedings, Ovzad makes the following statements about each individual.
Tsuto: I did not see the guy in action, and only happened to hear about what he had done, and seen the individual while he was held captive prior to this trial. Tsuto does not seem to be remorseful about the actions he has taken to purposefully harm Sandpoint, and in the time that I have spent here, he was also behind attacking his own family, which in my opinion is unforgivable.
Orik: Orik is a good man, he was caught up in a bad situation because he was doing what he had to do to help his family(?) survive. He surrendered, and laid down his arms willingly. He had no knowledge of what they were doing in the lower levels of Thistletop. I recommend that his punishment is a set amount of labor, after which he is free to go, or stay in Sandpoint assuming someone needs an honest man to help with work, or if he can prove himself loyal enough to become a guard, since he does have some skill with the blade.
Lyrie: Lyrie should serve a lengthy prison term. She had held captive one of the members of the expedition to clear Thistletop to protect Sandpoint, and she later killed the same individual as he tried to escape. However, I believe that the party could have reached a more peaceable solution had the man being held captive not attempt to break free during negotiations, and as such she should not be put to death. Perhaps with a lengthy prison term, she will figure out a better direction to take her life.
Nulia: Nulia should spend the rest of her life in prison. (Unless that isn't feasible for her race)She was the apparent ringleader behind a plot to harm every individual in Sandpoint. Despite that, I am still not a fan of sentencing people to death. Enough people have already died in this whole tragedy. If the people of Sandpoint feel that is the only way for them to have justice served, I understand and will humbly accept the decision of the people that live here. I just happen to be a travel with a set of skills that were of use in the situation, and don't understand all of the underlying emotions of the citizenry.

Tsuto- Since all I have is second hand information about the man I decide to talk to Malykh and some others who have been dealing with him. And from what I have gathered I think he should serve a very lengthy prison term for his offenses because of the brutality he showed though I dont think I would he too bad if the townsfolk felt he needed to face death
Orik- Again after talking to people about what happened involving him. I feel that while who he was working for was wrong he was doing it to help feed his family. Since he only put up a minor struggle with some of the others in the group I think as long as he keeps out of trouble and works to help better Sandpoint I think we can let him go with either a small amount of jail time or just fines.
Lyrie- Even though death would seem to be the fairest punishment (for murdering someone who had been helpful to the town) I think since it seemed like we were close to reaching a possibly peaceful solution to the stand off involving Hitsugaya's death. I believe a very lengthy jail sentence is instead in order since I cannot guarantee that Hitsugaya would have survived or not if Lyrie would have released him in that standoff
Nulia- I think that she should either serve life in jail or be put to death for not only being the ringleader of all that has happened to Sandpoint as of late but, also for showing no remorse for the countless people who have either been injured or killed since he plot started.

On the trial Malykh would say...
On Orik and Lyrie; Malykh would feel that Orik deserves some leniency in regards to his role in the band, as when a surrender was offered he accepted, and since he was a hired hand there for the work and not the cause he is ultimately not responsible for any of the events in Sandpoint. For those same reasons Lyrie deserves less leniency for her actions, as she held Hitsugaya hostage when surrender was offered and when he attempted to escape she killed him. Hitsugaya's escape attempt did escalate a tense situation however Malykh does not think that she would have surrendered and may have been inclined to kill Hitsugaya anyway as she seemed at least dedicated to the work she was doing, if not for the cause of the band, But this speculation probably shouldn't factor into sentencing as much since she probably felt that if she surrendered we would have killed her anyways and felt she was fighting for survival, as Orik was when he nearly killed Malykh one on one before help came. As for punishments, Malykh would suggest timed community service or timed banishment from Sandpoint for Orik as he was willing to be cooperative and imprisonment and community service for Lyrie as while her actions were more severe Malykh feels she can be rehabilitated.
(Players Note: If I'd had to decide their fate right after the adventure Lyrie would've deserved DEATH DEATH DEATH but Malykh's anger is supposed to show in the heat of battle or the heat of the moment, and while still fresh for me, it had passed for him.)
On Tsuto and Nulia; Malykh feels it far more cut and dry with these two; they were responsible for orchestrating the attack on Sandpoint and thus the are responsible for the deaths of the residents of the town, those of the townsfolk killed in the initial raid on the town and those of the guards and his fellow mercenaries Cecilia, Hitsugaya and Tanaka killed while trying to apprehend them at Thistletop, even responisible for the deaths of all the goblins they manipulated into attacking Sandpoint. As for punishments, Malykh would feel that they are much too dangerous to imprison in Sandpoint, and their continued presence would be to the detriment of the town. If they can be imprisoned elsewhere then that would be advisable as Malykh feels rehabilitation is possible but highly unlikely, especially with Tsuto killing his own father (can't recall if Nulia was directly responsible for the priest/her guardian? or if that's what set these events in motion). If those options are unavailable, and information hasn't been discovered that they are part of something bigger, then execution is likely the answer left, for the good of the town.
(Player's Note: Malykh would LOVE to find a way of using these two for his own purposes, Lyrie as well, but I just can't think of any practical way that would be possible at the moment.)
