I'm going to be putting up all the major locations eventually, and Sandpoint, in the region of Varisia, is the first one. You will all be there while the Swallowtail Festival is taking place. It is a rededication of their new cathedral, the old one was burnt to the ground about 5 years ago. While there was some trouble about that time, the town has been fairly peaceful and serene for the past few years. Sandpoint is costal town, near the ruins of an old tower which appears to have been a lighthouse in times gone by. There is not too much outstanding about Sandpoint, it has a fairly good economy as a port town, but it i still just a small town, with a population of 1,240, the vast, vast majority of them human. (More information will be given as it is discovered by the PCs) Here's the map that I've found that I feel gives the best layout of Sandpoint for our purposes. www.cartographersguild.com/attachments/town-city-mapping/19874d1262194667-sandpoint-reference-maps-sandpointredux.jpg

NPCs
Abstalar Zantus, head cleric at Sandpoint's cathedral. The PCs have not done terribly much with Zantus yet, but saw him at the festival, and were healed by him after their initial brush with the goblins. The most recent meeting for most of the party was when they were asked to examine the tomb of the last Cleric, and found his body missing. Malykh may also have briefly spoken to him when checking up on Amele Barett. Zantus is himself a worshiper of Desna, but is quite open with his faith and often advises those of other faiths in their worship if needed.
Belor Hemlock, Sadpoint's Sheriff. The party has had a fairly high level of contact with Sheriff Hemlock, assisting him and the town watch in their investigations into who might be responsible for the goblin attack during the festival. Hemlock is a dark skinned man who has taken to the PCs, trusting them at this point as honorary town guards. While he initially rebuffed Malykh's interest in looking for work, he is now confident enough in the PCs to have left the town in their care for a few days while he travels to Magnimar to try and recruit more guards in preparation to take on the goblins who seem to be massing at Thistletop. The PCs have heard that Sheriff Hemlock tends to frequent the Pixie's Kitten a bit more than his job might in all honesty entail.
Kendra Dervin, the Mayor of Sanpoint. The PCs have only met Kendra briefly, but she has thanked them for their assistance with he goblins, and seems to be quite content with Sheriff Hemlock's decission to allow them to assist with the leadership of the town guard.
Savah Bevaniky, proprieter of Savah's Armory, a weapons store. Savah is one of the more friendly citizens of the town towards the party. She has been particularly interested in both Tanaka and Malykh, Tanaka for assisting her in her demonstrations of her more exotic weapons for the festival, and Malykh for his interest in the use of her crossbow. Said crossbow is a repeating crossbow which bears the name "Vansaya" inscribed on its shaft. She has been willing to lower her prices for the party as thanks for their assistance.
Aliver "Pillbug" Podiker, an herbalist and gardener who runs The Pillbug's Pantry. As of yet the party has not met Podiker, but they have heard he is another person who may have alchemical knowledge besides Tander.
Nisk Tander, Alchemist of Bottled Solutions. Nisk is a half-elf alchemist who runs the towns alchemist shop. He has heped the Party identify a potion free of charge, and has also offered a discount on his wares, offering cure light wounds potions, one for any of the PCs at a price of 20 gold.
Cyrdak Dorkkus, proprietor of the Sandpoint Theater. A flashy man who runs the impressive Sandpoint Theater. He has thanked the party for their assistance both with the goblin business, and also with their help with a recent production intended to cheer the town up after the trouble. He was impressed with Malykh's acting skills, and sees Tanaka as a useful participant in more slapstick comedic roles. He hopes to see more of the party, and has invited them to help create a play based on their experiences in the town. The PCs have also come to learn that it is a townwide secret he and Jasper Korvaski are together.
Banny Harker, one of the businessmen who runs the lumber mill. None of the party has had much contact with Banny, though they are aware that Ven Vinder, is none too fond of the man for his interest in the elder of his two daughters, Katherine.
Ibor Thorn, Harker's parter in running the lumber mill. Thorn was responsible for the PCs introduction to the story of the Chopper, and quietly confides to those who ask that the romance between his business partner and Vinder's daughter are not unfounded.
Ven Vinder, proprietor of Sanpoint's General Store. Ven is a somewhat gruff man who runs the general store. Ven ha been quite happy to take the party'scoin for good, but has not given them an especially warm welcome. They know he dotes upon his daughters, and has been particularly occupied with stopping his daughter Katherine's romance with "That no-good Harker" This has, however, occupied hi to the point where he has missed his younger daughter Shayliss becoming even more brazen in her interests in the young men of the town.
Katherine Vinder, daughter of Ven Vinder. Katherine seems to be beginning a romance with Benny Harker, much to her father's displeasure.
Shayliss Vinder, daughter of Ven Vinder. Shayliss Vinder has taken the opportunity while her father's attention to seek out more of the town's attractive young men. She has begun to gain something of a reputation as being somewhat promiscuous, and it seems the most recent target of her attention is Hitsugaya.
Ilsoari Gandethus, Headmaster of the Turandarok Academy. Ilsoari runs the part school, part orphanage, part private museum known as Turandarok academy. A retired adventurer, he maintains a collection of curios in the bottom two floors of the Academy, though most of the children who live in the building swear it is something more nefarious. Ilsoari is a friend of both Hitsugaya and Cecilia, and has taken them out to Chopper's isle at one time to learn more about the Late Unpleasantness, the most sordid time in Sandpoint's history.
Jargie Quinn, owner of The Hagfih. Quinn runs probably Sandpoint's most popular tavern, The Hagfish, named after Norah, a hagfish (or rather a succession of hagfish who all bear the same name) who he keeps in a tank there. The Hagfish is know for good drink and quality seafood. Beside the tank where Norah resides, there is a pouch of silver coins. Anyone who wishes can give a silver themselves to attempt the challenge of drinking a tankard of "water" from Norah's tank. If they succeed they get the silver in the pouch, and become part of an elite few who have managed it. Malykh has attempted to down a tankard of the vile slime, but has not yet succeeded.
Ameiko Kaijitsu, proprietor of the adventurer friendly inn, The Rusty Dragon. Ameiko has been most of the partys landlord for their stay in Sadpoint. Ameiko has been quite generous with the party's rooms, and relatively few nights have actually been paid for by the characters. Her food is excellent, and a bit more spicy and exotic than the common tavern fare. Ameiko used to be an adventurer, and has on a few occasions been out adventuring again, but mostly runs the inn. Her relations to her family are not particularly great, she has recently been in two altercations with the father, Lonjiku.
Daviren Hosk, owner of the Goblin Squash Stables. Hosk is with the possible exception of Shalelu, the person with the greatest hatred of goblins in town. When most of the party were buying horses with Aldern, he proudly displayed his collection of goblin ears, most with the names of the goblins burnt into them, and told the party he would pay a gold per pair of ears, and 5 gold if the party could tell him the name of the goblin they belonged to. He was instrumental in the extinction of the Bonegrinder Goblin tribe a few years ago.
Sir Jasper Korvaski, spokesman for the Sanpoint Mercantile League. While ownership of the League is divided principally amongthe noble families, all are fairly content to allow Jasper to run the daily goings on of the bussiness. A former crusader of a paladin, Jasper is well liked by most, though the Scarnettis look dis-favorably on his relationship with Cyrdak Drokkus, though they may be more offended that the rest of the town is so unconcerned with it than the actual relationship itself at times.
Kaye Tesarani, Mistress of the Pixie's Kitten. Kaye runs the well kept and fairly respectable for what it is, Pixie's Kitten, the town's brothel. While none of the party have expressed interest in the young ladies and men who work there, they have heard that Sheriff Hemlock will frequent the place and meet with Kaye on occasions a bit more numerous than are strictly speaking necessary.
Lonjiku Kaijitsu, head of the Kaijitsu family. Lonjiku is the patriarch, and current head of one of Sanpoint's four noble families. He is not a particularly friendl part of the towns atmosphere. Sullen and unhappy, he rarely participates in the town festivities, preferring to pend his time either in the family manor or at the glass-works he owns and operates. Lonjiku's relationship with his family is strained, his wife fell to her death one night around five years ago. His children dislike him, and the feeling is fairly mutually. He dislikes his son as Tsuto is not truly his child, a half elf who hates his father right back, who left town for good as far as anyone knows after an argument with his father at the funeral of Lonjiku's wife and Tsuto's mother. Lonjiku gets along little better with his daughter, who he has felt shamed him both in her choice to become an adventurer, and upon her return by establishing a tavern and flophouse. His ill temper and repeated absences have helped Cecilia in particular to place him near the list of possible suspects who may have been involved in the goblin attack.
Amele and Alergast (Deceased) Barett. The Barett family are unfortunate victims of the goblin attack. A goblin who managed to escape after the raid turned sour for the goblins hid in their son's closet, under a loose floorboard. At first, their son's cries were attributed to a nightmare brought on by the shock of watching a goblin kill and light a cat on fire, when they heard more shrill cries and a whimpering bark of their dog, Alergast rushed in to find a goblin chewing on his son's arm and the dog killed. Alergast stayed behind to guard the goblin while his wife went for help, but his anger got the better of him and he attempted to kill the goblin, only to have it slit his throat as he climbed into the hole it had made. The Party arrived and took care of the goblin, but Mrs. Barett broke down as she was told her husband was dead, not helped any by Cecilia's lack of tact in telling her. She, her son and her infant girl are currently staying at the cathedral until her remaining family comes to get them.
Shalelu Andosana, elven ranger and unofficial member of the town watch. Shalelu is a great ally of Sandpoint in its occasional struggles with goblins. She has recently returned to town much sooner than was expected with grim news. The goblins in the area seem to have been unified and are going to propose a significantly larger threat than they have in the past. Shalelu has told the party much of what she knows about the local goblin tribes and their heroes, but will be leaving again to scout the area more in the hopes of turning up more information.

Sandpoint Market
(I will try to keep this up to date relatively while the PCs are in Sandpoint. Note that I am assuming for the first session that you are getting most of your gear from where ever you came from and will not have too much gold to spend at Sandpoint. Should you give me reason to change this I will. This will be updated roughly once a month in game time, when shipments come in.)
Some shops, particularly Bottled Solutions, can craft some items on request, if you don't see something you want here, let me know and I'll let you know if you can get it.
General Store Ven has most of the common equipment one might need for sale here. Most anything on the Adventuring Gear page of the PFSRD can be found here, if asked for, though anything over 100 gold may be harder to come by. Ven would also stock some outfits, but likely nothing much over 20 gold. Some kits, games toys and puzzles can also be found in his shop. For more specialized ad expensive gear, there are other shops, but Ven carries a good variety of equipment.
Savah's Armory Savah has most simple weapons readily available, some in masterwork form. She will also have some martial weapons in stock, and a few of those will also be masterwork. She possesses 8 masterwork Shuriken, several more exotic weapons including a spiked chain, butterfly knife, nunchaku, a masterwork bladed scarf, and a repeating crossbow bearing the name "Vansaya" carved into its stock. She is also currently willing to lower her prices to the PCs as thanks for their help.
Bottled Solutions Nisk's stock is a bit more fluid, he is more readily able to produce potions asked for. His current stock of items is as follows: 4x Potion of Cure Light Wounds (20g) 2x Potion of Stabilize (25g) 1x Potion of Resistance (Cold) (50g) 1x Potion of Hide from Animals (55g) 1x Potion of Remove Paralysis (300g) 3x Flask of Acid (7g) 2x Alchemical Glue (20g) 2x Defoliant (25g) 1x Fire Ward Gel (200g) Several inks including various qualities of invisible ink 20x Sneezing Powder (4g) 10x Smoke Pellets (20g) 2x Smoke Stick (21g) 1x Tanglefoot Bag (55g) 2x Thunderstone (28g) 1x Everburning Torch (100g)
Other Shops To my knowledge, the party has not yet visited, but armor can be purchased from the tannery or blacksmith, jewelry from the jeweler, locks and chains from the locksmith, possible other alchemical creations and herbs from The Pillbug's Pantry, Books and papers from the Curious Goblin, Fine clothing from Vernah's Fine Clothing, food and rations from the Grocer's Hall, Meat Marketor Valdemar Fishmarket, furniture from the Carpenter's Guild, Wagons from Wheen's Wagons, Horses from The Goblin Squash Stables, some more fancy and specialized generalities from the Sandpoint Botique, and magical trinkets from The Feathered Serpent.
